To set up Email on your computer or phone you will need to create a NEW email account first, if you haven't already done this.

Once you have created your new Email Address with your new domain name, simply follow these instructions to see what details you need to enter in your computer or phone email program to get your new email address working on all your devices.

Advanced Email Setup instructions
Setting up Email on your devices or computers;
To set up Email Hosting on your device you will need to add a NEW account to your current email, this process may vary on the device and brand so please refer to those specific instructions via their website or in person. Once you have added a new Mail Account to your mail that is where the below steps will be required.
If you have an iPhone or MAC computer please follow directions on this knowledgebase.
For email accounts that you create, you should use the following connection details in your email programs (laptop, desktop, mobile phone settings):
POP3 Host Address: mail.{$service_domain} Port: 995
SMTP Host Address: mail.{$service_domain} Port: 465
Username: The email address you are checking email for
Password: As specified in your cPanel / Email Accounts
Troubleshooting: If the above Host Addresses don't work, please use "rs2-syd.serverhostgroup.com" for the POP3, IMAP and SMTP Host Addresses instead of the ones listed above.
If you still find your email and website don't work after setting up all of the above, please double check that your Name Servers for your domain name are set correctly as outlined below in the Advanced Information. Here's how to change your nameservers.
Please note: We can not provide phone support in regards to email or web hosting setup on your devices. Our support team can "test" and verify your settings are working and provide assistance via email correspondence.
If you need temporary fast access to your emails, you can always quickly access your WEBMAIL by logging into your account.
Webmail (quick access to your emails without setting up email on your device)
Once you are logged into your account you can "Login to cPanel" to control your email and web hosting.
- Log into your dashboard via this link https://admin.reg.com.au/login using the email address you used to sign up (Not your NEW email you just created)
- Select the orange button “Web Hosting"
- Select the green button “Settings”
- Select ‘Login to Webmail’ in the column on the left
