How Do I Renew My Business Name?

Go to Renew and enter your Unique Reference Number. If you are unsure of your Reference Number, please call us on 1300 060 066 during business hours and one of our staff members will be more than happy to help. 

How Do I download my Record of Registration?

Once your business name has been renewed, within 14 days we email your Record of Registration. You can download your Record of Registration anytime after this period by logging into your account, choosing the 'Business Names' tab and then clicking on the little 'blue download button' on the right of your business name.

Can I automatically renew my Business Name?

Yes! Simply login to your account, choose My Business Names and then ensure you have the auto-renew box ticked at the end of each business name. This will ensure our system will automatically renew your business name at the required time. If our system has trouble renewing your business name, you will be informed by email. If you need more information about automatically renewing your business name, please call us on 1300 060 066 during business hours and one of our staff members will be more than happy to help.

I have received multiple Business Name Renewals, which one do I pay?

If you have been contacted by several ASIC Registered Agents to renew your business name, you only need to choose one Agent to perform your renewal. You only need to pay for your business name renewal ONCE. If you choose to make your payment with us, (by Entering your Reference Number here), you can disregard any other agent letters or contact.

What Are My Payment Options?

You can securely pay your 1-Year or 3-Year business name renewal by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) by Entering your Reference Number here.

I'm having trouble logging into my account.

If you’re having trouble logging into your account, you may have to reset your password. Please ensure you enter the email address you used to create your account in the first place. 

Once logged in to your account, you can see your business name renewal commencement date and download your latest invoice.

I need to contact your Accounts Department

If you’ve already paid for your business name renewal service and need to speak to our Accounts Department, please submit a support ticket after logging into your account and we’ll reply to your query as soon as possible.

Registration is independent of ASIC and we can provide you with business name renewal services as an ASIC Registered Agent (45838), but we can not change your business name or address information for you. To do that, you will need to leave our website and go and visit ASIC’s website directly by clicking here. Please follow the instructions over at ASIC’s website to change your business name or address.  

How Do I Cancel My Business Name?

Registration is independent of ASIC and we can provide you with business name renewal services as an ASIC Registered Agent (45838), but we can not cancel your business name. To do that, you will need to leave our website and cancel your business name by visiting the ASIC website directly and following their instructions on how to cancel your business name.
