Once you have purchased a domain name from your account, you need to purchase HOSTING to be able to build your website and create your new professional email address.
You need to complete STEP 1 below before your hosting will work correctly.
New Hosting Account Information
You can access all of your services directly from the HOSTING/MANAGE tab in your account.

IMPORTANT: You need to transfer your domain name over to your new Web Hosting / AI Chatbot account before your new website, emails and AI Chatbot will work.
Step 1:
- Click on this link: pw.auda.org.au
- Follow the instructions.
- Check your email and recover your domain name password.
- Email your domain password to: help@reg.com.au or create a ticket from your account (Login: reg.com.au/login) and submit your domain password to us.

Step 2: If you don't want to transfer your domain name to the same account as your new hosting, you must ensure your Domain NAMESERVERS are set to
- ns1.reg.net.au
- ns2.reg.net.au
- ns3.reg.net.au
Your email and web hosting won't work unless your domain name nameservers are set to the above!
Please follow this knowledgebase article for information on how to change your domain name NAMESERVERS, or you can TRANSFER your domain name to the same account as your new hosting and we can do this for you. Note: we will do this for you once your domain name is in your new hosting account.

Step 3: Login to your account.
You need to login to your new hosting account.
Visit reg.com.au and enter your password. If you don't know your password, simply select "Forgot Password" and we will email you a new one.

Step 4: Create your new email address.
You need to create your first new email address (once your nameservers are set, as above!)
Login to your account (as above), then click on MY HOSTING, then click on the green SETTINGS button.

Step 5: Setup your new email on your phone or computer - follow this knowledgebase article.

Step 6: Design and Publish your own website.
Wordpress Website Software comes free with your Hosting package. To setup Wordpress, follow these instructions.

You should have a working professional email address and fancy new website. Now send yourself some test emails and see if your website is online using your favourite browser.

Step 7: Activate your FREE BONUS AI CHATBOT ASSISTANT
Once your website is fully up and running, send an email (help@reg.com.au) or create a support ticket from your account and we will install and activate your AI Chatbot Assistant on your website. But again, we will only do this once your website is fully up and running.
