We renew your business name on the date it says on our Renewal Notification Letter we sent you. This is called your "Commencement Date", and we mention this in our Renewal Letter in the 3rd paragraph at the bottom.
Other ASIC Registered Agents may list your "Expiry Date" as your Renewal Date on their notifications, but we feel it's best you make your payment to us before the date listed on our letter, so we can perform your business name renewal on that date, and you don't come close to letting it expire.
