1. How do I claim my three-year renewal discount to bring my renewal fee down?

   To reward Australian businesses who pay early, we offer a special Renewal Discount. You can find your unique Discount Code on your green Registration notification letter (in the long green box above the Renewal Fee). Once you enter your Reference Number, ensure you enter your Discount Code at the checkout, where it says "Enter Discount Code" and then press the VALIDATE button. You will see your renewal fee reduces in price. Note: You must ensure you make your payment before the Discount Code Expiry Date.

2. Why doesn't my discount code work?

    Your unique Discount Code only applies to three-year renewals, and only works before the expiry date displayed on your notification letter.

3. Is there a way I can still get the discount after the expiry date?

    It is possible, but we consider approving late discounts on a case-by-case basis. Please phone 1300 060 066 during business hours and speak to our friendly staff, or send us an email to help@reg.com.au

4. I have tried to make my payment, but it's not working.

    If your payment is not working on our website. First, please make sure you have enough money in your bank account when submitting your payment. Second, please try a different credit card. Third, please try again in 30 minutes. Finally, if you still can't get your payment to work, please phone us on 1300 060 066 during business hours, or send us an email to help@reg.com.au and we will help you process your business name renewal. If our system is at fault, we will also be able to offer you a discounted price on your renewal fee for your trouble.
